but I am a lazy girl to go jogging alone...
NO! NO! NO!
I have to ask myself to go jogging EVERYDAY.
After jogging today, I realize somewhat.....
Exercise, jog, dance, yoga,strength training...etc, when I finish sports, exercise or else...
I feel HAPPY, TRULY HAPPY, and I do really like that feeling!
Opposite to eat, exercise makes me feel real happy and look on the bright side!!
Well, eating...makes me feel guilty, only the moment putting food in my mouth I feel happy, but that is fake!!
I hate that!!
I know it is different from enjoying delicacy.
I understand that because I am sick in engorgement....I know that but I cannot stop that....
It is the most terrible..... I hate the feeling of guilty because I eat too much............
It is the second day I go jogging.
Hope I could insist on jogging for 21 days, and make it become a habit or an interest of mine as cooking and baking.
Try to quit the bad bad bad bad bad habit of engorgement.
